The studio is unique in the way it combines Yoga and Pilates. At the studio we believe passionately that these two disciplines are complimentary. We are very proud to offer both to our guests at the studio. Thus our motto ‘welcome to the studio – where Yoga and Pilates meet under one roof’.
The studio is designed to have four distinct areas. The apparatus room is dedicated to the practice of Pilates on specialized equipment; this is done by way of private, semi private and small group classes. The Pilates/spring room is designed for larger group classes dedicated to Pilates matwork and spring classes. We are very proud of our Yoga room which has a cork floor, this room was specially designed from inception by our Iyengar® Yoga Teacher, Richard Mueller with a little help from Ann! This room is designed to be completely free from distraction so that you can get into the moment. Last, but certainly not least, is the boutique where lululemon athletica apparel is sold. lululemon athletica sets the bar in technical fabrics and functional designs for men and women, working closely with community athletes, Pilates enthusiasts and Yogis to maintain the highest quality of fitness apparel.
